What a beautiful day it was for Rene and Justin! They got married at Casa Real at Ruby Hill in Livermore last month, and their wedding venue could not have looked any prettier during the holiday season!  This is an incredible venue and these stunning photos show it! The floral color theme chosen was the ever popular white and black combo that somehow suites every venue and looks elegant, satisfied, and classy.

The wedding flowers for the ceremony and reception perfectly complimented the extravagant black and white theme of the day! This wedding at Casa Real at Ruby Hill wedding turned out, like in the movie scene.

Mood board for the wedding at Casa Real:

Personal Flowers:

Her gorgeous full petal bloom, compact but modern style bouquet features white peonies, ranunculus, anemones, majolica spray roses, garden roses, playa blanca roses, lisianthus, chocolate cosmos, black calla lilies, and a touch of rice flowers. The color palette was black and white with greens. I paired the soft romantic blooms with a diverse mixture of textured greenery using the ever so popular bay and some Italian ruscus.

Bridal bouquet in white and black combination. Made of peonies, callas, roses, anemones, cosmos, spray roses, and rice flowers, with a touch of greens.

For the bridal party, each bridesmaid carried a much smaller version of the bridal bouquet. All the bouquets are full of blooms flowers like roses, peonies, cosmos, lisianthus and anemones, black privet berries, with Italian ruscus and bay leaves to give the bouquets that slightly natural vibe.

Boutonnieres for the groom’s party made of white anemones. Because these flowers are so fragile, we made extra boutonnieres and changed them before the ceremony to let the flowers be fresh and bot smashed.

The ceremony and reception were both held at one of the favorite places: Casa Real at Ruby Hill. The couple wanted special attention to detail to bring their classy yet modern theme to life, and we, of course, applied that to our floral work.

Ceremony Flowers: wedding at Casa Real at Ruby Hill

For the ceremony, we decorated the mantel with greens and touches of blooms featuring favorite blooms! The vases with floating candles were added to the greens that created a more romantic look to frame the couple during their vows.

Two gorgeous loosely designed centerpieces displayed onto pedestals at the beginning of the aisle were actually the table centerpieces that repurposed for this goal. Aisle decor presented by petals and sets of floating candles in the vases.

Reception Flowers: wedding at casa real

Some of my very favorite parts about a wedding are noticing all the small and beautiful details that the bride and groom decide to incorporate into their special day. Seen here are some of the table pieces we made in different sizes, accompanied by three different types of the reception centerpieces.
Tall white and black centerpieces of hydrangea, roses, anemones, black privet berries and greens displayed onto the gold risers.

Three small arrangements around the tall candle holder with floating candles create the second level in the dining room. This tablescape is so elegant and a bit modern.

And loosely designed short centerpieces of roses, anemones, tulips, and lisianthus, spray roses, dark greens presented in the gold pedestal vase surrounded by votive candles complemented the tall centerpieces. Those compotes always look amazing on tables and have been growing in popularity over the past tree wedding seasons. The raised height and draping greenery over the sides is the perfect mixture of modern meets glamorous.

At the sweetheart table, we created the gorgeous arrangement with the cascading look of white orchids plus roses, lisianthus, anemones, hydrangea and spray roses, see the theme here? I love this classy and modern look of the sweetheart table.

Additional Decor and Adornments: wedding at Casa Real at Ruby Hill

One more beautiful grange centerpiece to meet the guests was displayed in the welcome area, it was surrounded by photos and candles.

During the cocktail hour, guests cuold enjoy the petite arrangements onto the cocktail tables.

Lastly, I would like to show this delicious cake adorable decorated with flowers and complimented by 2 additional arrangements for the dessert table.

All in all, Rene and Justin’s classy yet simple vineyard set wedding is a stunning example of what is possible for the modern no-fuss bride. If you’ve got your heart set on that traditional white wedding floral but want a modern take and an effortless look, we can make it for you at Dream Flowers.
