Some weddings are beautiful. Some are fun. And then there are weddings like Maniel and Trevor’s—a full-blown experience, filled with personal touches, playful surprises, and three unforgettable locations that took guests on an incredible journey of love, laughter, and celebration.
From the moment we met this couple, we knew we were in for something special. Maniel and Trevor were not only easygoing and joyful to plan with, but they also had a clear vision for their day—elegant, classy, with a playful twist that felt 100% them.

The day began at Casa Bella in Sunol, where we had the joy of designing a timeless ceremony setting. The floral palette of creamy whites, soft pastel pinks, and touches of light blue set the tone for a refined and romantic celebration. We dressed the arbor in lush, organic floral arrangements paired with soft white draping, and lined the aisle with a white carpet for a truly radiant walk to “I do.”

But what made this ceremony truly one-of-a-kind? A tequila cart! Wheeled down the aisle by two of their close friends while a live band played “Tequila” by The Champs, it was equal parts surprise and celebration. The energy? Absolutely electric—and the perfect match for Maniel and Trevor’s vibrant personalities.

Following the ceremony, guests were (literally!) chased off the grounds by a T-Rex and onto the historic Niles Canyon Railway for cocktail hour. It was such a meaningful part of the day—Trevor volunteers with the railway, so sharing this part of his world with guests added a deeply personal layer. As the train wound through the scenic canyon, friends and family sipped signature cocktails and enjoyed curated bites, all while soaking in the view. It was like a movie.

The final stop? Their stunning private residence in Ruby Hill, where the backyard was transformed into a full reception experience. We continued the floral palette and design language from the ceremony with elegant centerpieces and soft, garden-style arrangements throughout the space. From tray-passed wine to a red carpet entrance, guests were greeted in true VIP style.

The couple’s grand entrance—introduced by the DJ and backed by a live saxophonist—set the tone for an unforgettable evening. Dinner under the stars was intimate and chic, followed by a surprise second entrance with a full horn section that instantly ignited the dance floor.
And let’s talk about the Fireball ice luge—Trevor’s signature touch and a guest favorite. Drinks were served in ice glasses for a playful, cool twist that perfectly capped off an evening packed with celebration.
It was such a pleasure working with this amazing couple—kind, creative, and truly a dream to design with. We’re so honored to have helped bring their vision to life with flowers and draping that matched the elegance, personality, and joy they brought to every moment.
