Core Values

As a creative business it’s my goal to provide fresh flowers & artistic designs, excellent customer service along with integrity & honesty by committing to these core concepts:

1. Service.

My clients are #1. Each of the couples is unique, as well as their needs. I design my service experience around my clients because there are no two weddings are alike.
I believe that every couple deserves the best flowers on their wedding day! I’m proud to provide expert advice & personalized service.

2. Communication.

I treat my customers with respect, honesty & transparency. I aim for prompt responses. My couples are important to me. It’s important that they know this from our first email to our first proposal & all the way through the wedding day.

3. Details.

Details create the experience. Weddings require precision & timeliness. There are no do-overs.
Details matter. I do details. Each of my brides can profs it!

4. Environment.

Floristry is harsh on the environment. It’s my goal to be a green business as eco-friendly as possible. From the moment the flowers come to my studio to the time they arrive at an event. This entails sourcing eco-friendly product when possible, composting, reducing the use of chemical solutions & commitment to grow more of my blooms each year in my garden.

5. Share.

Your wedding flowers can be donated to my senior center, bringing the joy and beauty to people who love flowers. If you considering to leave flowers at the venue, I will rearrange them and bring to a senior center nearby my studio.

Lana

creative director and owner

Hi, I am Lana. Most days you can find me taking care of my two kids and my best friend (=husband). I ❤️ serving the world by arranging flowers and creating floral art pieces for my soul or special events. I am mostly known as a wedding florist and floral demonstrator, an entrepreneur. The things I’m most passionate about in life are meeting new people, floral art, craft, traveling the world, sharing my knowledge.

I respond to every inquiry personally and will be in touch ASAP (usually within 48 hours).

Customer satisfaction is a huge priority for me and I strive to reply in a timely manner. If you feel your message may have been missed please e-mail me at lana @ dream-flowers.com

I only book about 15 weddings per season so my calendar can book up quickly.  I currently have 10 dates available for 2018. I look forward to hearing from you! {My 2017 wedding calendar is almost booked too, please contact me to find out the availability.}
